The Eastern Territory includes the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and certain counties in Kentucky. Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are also included within the Territory.

The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee

THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE, INC. (THE "FOUNDATION") IS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO BE A LEADER, CATALYST, AND RESOURCE FOR PHILANTHROPY BY BUILDING AND HOLDING A PERMANENT AND GROWING ENDOWMENT FOR THE MIDDLE TENNESSEE COMMUNITY'S CHANGING NEEDS AND OPPORTUNITIES. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FLEXIBLE AND COST-EFFECTIVE WAYS FOR CIVIC-MINDED INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND COMPANIES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR COMMUNITY. THE ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION ARE DEVOTED TO CHARITABLE USES OF A PUBLIC NATURE PRIMARILY BENEFITING THE RESIDENTS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE IN FIELDS SUCH AS SOCIAL SERVICES, EDUCATION, HEALTH, THE ENVIRONMENT, AND THE ARTS.

American National Red Cross

The American Red Cross is assisting with four shelters — two in Waverly, one in Dickson and one in Centerville — and provides a disaster helpline. The organization also has an online registry where survivors can register and send messages about their well-being.

Community Resource Center

The Community Resource Center empowers their partner agencies to maintain their focus on providing critical services to Middle Tennessee's most vulnerable populations by relieving them of the burden of securing basic essential products. They have set up three donation drop off locations and established a list of items needed to support families. They have also established a crisis clean up line for people impacted by the flooding.
