Heart of the Valley, SERVICES FOR SENIORS, Inc. is an organization lending a helping hand to seniors 65 years or older. They are an all volunteer nonprofit, helping seniors in West Santa Clara Valley. They offer services and programs which help seniors maintain their independence and give our community a way to help our older neighbors.
