Based in the North of England, and operating a network of locations offering rescue, refuge and rehabilitation to horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in need. The horse crisis in the UK in recent years has seen massive over-breeding of low value animals and a subsequent huge spike in the number of starved, diseased, neglected and abandoned horses and ponies, needing urgent help from charities. This devastating situation has been the catalyst for bringing like-minded people together under the Here4Horses banner.
