Inland Empire Pets Alive Collaborative (IEPAC) Fund was created to help generate donations to worthy animal welfare organizations in the Inland Empire of Southern California, primarily Riverside County and San Bernardino County.

Friends Of Upland Animal Shelter Inc

This nonprofit continually inspires me because it operates a municipal animal shelter in the City of Upland, without any direct government funding. It raises funds through donations, operating a thrift shop, and homeless animal adoptions from the Upland Animal Shelter. It also collaborates with many other local, regional, and national animal welfare organizations to transfer at-risk animals into the shelter it operates to give those animals a better chance. Partnerships include those with Best Friends Animal Society, ASPCA, San Bernardino County Animal Control Directors, Cal Animals, and many other local groups.
