I've volunteered with ITDRC for a few years and have seen firsthand how effective and efficient they are at providing critical infrastructure after disasters. As the number of deployments continues to grow each year, capital is needed to continue to get equipment and volunteers into disasters. This organization is incredibly financially efficient.
