Cancer Research UK
As you will be aware, Emma was diagnosed in 2019 with a rare cancer called a malignant germ cell tumour. The last few years have had its ups and downs with two further relapses. Thankfully due to the treatment she’s had so far, she is currently in good health which is brilliant. We support Cancer Research UK in all its work funding medical research, particularly in its work with rare cancers where more evidence is needed.
Medecins Sans Frontieres UK
We realise that we are so privileged to live in a place where we’re able to worry about such things as wedding invites or crockery (don’t get Emma started on the crockery) when surviving, being safe and well, is difficult enough for so many people. We have always chosen to support humanitarian charities and so we would wholeheartedly like to support MSF in this way.
