MongoDB Europe AIDS Fund

About

MongoDB employees are coming together to help end AIDS worldwide. That goal is within reach, but will only happen if organizations around the world contribute and collaborate. Our goal is for everyone at MongoDB to participate in this fundraising event to show our support for ending AIDS and because every dollar really does make a difference. These nonprofits are tackling the AIDS epidemic in Europe and overseas with a focus on key populations, including men who have sex with men (most often BIPOC), migrants, transgender people, and sex workers.

THE ELTON JOHN AIDS FOUNDATION

The Foundation empowers people infected, affected and at risk of HIV/AIDS, to alleviate their physical, emotional and financial hardship, enabling them to improve their quality of life, live with dignity and exercise self determination. It funds broad ranges of services and operational research, focusing on the most disadvantaged and high risk groups both in the UK and around the world.

NATIONAL AIDS TRUST

To promote public health through effective HIV prevention and early diagnosis of HIV infection; to promote the rights, dignity, health and wellbeing of people affected by HIV, or at risk of HIV infection, in the UK; to advance the education of the public in general in order to increase awareness and understanding of HIV and AIDS and eradicate HIV-related stigma, discrimination and inequality.
