Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc.
My name is Rebecca Randazzo, and I work in Finance here in Cisco. I oversee a team of about 20 people on the Revenue Accounting Operations team. Additionally, I serve on the Board of Directors for Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities, whom I was introduced to through a volunteer event at Cisco in November of 2016.
More important than all of that, I am a mom – a mom of a child with a developmental disability. At age two, Xander could only speak about eight words. He was diagnosed with neurological and motor condition called apraxia which effects his speech and coordination.
He just turned seven in May and is doing well and flourishing because of the early interventions that he received as an infant. He is the reason why I decided to dedicate my time, talent and treasure to serve on the Board of Directors of the Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities. Him, and the countless lives in our local community that I can touch with my efforts.
