VCHS Robotics

Valley X Robotics is a part of an organization called FIRST, “For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology.” The organization is aimed at kids and teens ranging from preschool students through seniors in high school. It is divided up into four categories: FLL JR., FLL, FTC, and FRC. Valley’s Robotics program is a part of FTC. The first team, Valley X Robotics (2844), was founded in 2008 during FTC Challenge, “FACE OFF,” and we entered our rookie year with four members. A second team, Trojan Robotics (8640) was founded in 2014 and will be competing for the first time during the 2014-2015 school year.
