In April 2022, the Institute for Student Achievement Foundation (ISA-F) was created as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises funds to support the educational and charitable services of ISA, a K-12 school improvement organization with a proven track record of success in transforming schools, improving educator practice, and increasing student achievement for marginalized students. Nearly all students in ISA's national network of schools are Black, Latinx, and/or low-income, and the majority enter high school with academic challenges. ISA-F also funds the Women of Color Education Collaborative (WOCEC) a career and professional learning support network for women of color education system leaders in the U.S. and Canada.
