Donation drive for Incubate Nepal, a nonprofit organization that runs 10-week mentorship programs every year, connecting some of the most talented high school students from all over Nepal and from a range of socio-economic backgrounds, with young mentors in the United States to collaborate on open-ended projects. We are currently running a donation drive for our 2023 iteration! We utilize the funding to accomplish three main goals: - Provide support to our student leaders: As we grow as an organization, we have begun working with student leaders and coordinators who can manage teams and execute various logistical tasks. While they work with us on a voluntary basis, we would like to be able to reimburse them for various costs they incur. - Provide stipends to participants: Many of our participants come from rural and underprivileged backgrounds. For them, participating in a summer program like Incubate Nepal means foregoing potential income from summer work, which they use to assist their families. We do not want applicants to be stifled by such financial constraints, and therefore have piloted a stipend system where students can apply for stipends and reimbursements. - Sponsor and support increasingly sophisticated projects: Last year, for example, we made our first attempt at a mechanical engineering project, where students designed and built their first remote-controlled car from scratch. This involved sourcing microprocessors, parts, and paid access to workshops. We would like to keep providing such opportunities for our students! I recently attended a back to school STEAM night with my son. As we were leaving I ventured with him down to the library and saw many kids laughing and having an unreal time with this thing that was moving around the room. Actually two older kids were using a remote control joy stick to control the "Robot". It was hysterical to see the kids laughing and trying to feed the robot kick balls and the robot would then throw them back for the kids to catch. My son had so much fun and can't wait to get more involved and see the "Robot" again. From the Robotics Team 514 website: Through the FIRST Robotics program at Miller Place High School, students are exposed to creative and innovative opportunities to foster their learning and growth in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. These experiences are important lessons for their education and will help cultivate stronger leaders for tomorrow and for the world’s future workforce.

Science Olympiad is a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of K-12 science education, increasing male, female and minority interest in science, creating a technologically-literate workforce and providing recognition for outstanding achievement by both students and teachers

This is a scholarship fund that is being created under the Queensbury Community Scholarship Association in Queensbury, NY. Its purpose is to provide grants and financial support to local area graduating students who wish to pursue further education is the areas of skilled trades. This scholarship program recognizes society's need for continued availability of skilled persons to provide quality services in the following areas: Industrial, skilled trades: These include jobs like welders, mechanics, machinists, tool and die makers, and even programmers. Construction skilled trades: Jobs in these sectors involve trades commonly seen in the construction sector, such as carpenters, bricklayers, insulators, electricians, plumbers, and gasfitters. Service skilled trades: These trades form a part of the service sector. These include nurses, orderlies, aides, therapists, and service technicians.

Donate to The Women’s Foundation The Women’s Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong. It promotes the full and equal participation of women and girls in all aspects of Hong Kong society, by engaging in research, programs, education and advocacy to drive measurable change. The students, mostly from South Asia and Southeast Asia, are a wonderful reflection of Hong Kong’s cultural diversity, and mentoring is a great way to give back to our community.

Help out to create a sensory room in an elementary school "Prof. Noykov" in Yambol, Bulgaria where currently 17 children with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are studying. The amount of money required to equip a sensory room is estimated at 5,000 to 6000 USD.

The difference between rural areas and big metropolitans within China are greater than that of New York and west Virginia. I would like to raise a funding and set up a project to help the children in the less developed areas in China, especially with their education. Donating to a charity organization directly is less transparent, donating to my fund will show the total donated amount in a progress bar. This is the difference between a donation to my funding, and a donation to any charity organization. With this dedicated funding, we will be able to target the real children who need our help most, and really tailed our funding to their specific need. Currently, there are two organization selected in my fund. What I will do next is to contact them and see if they already have projects meeting my criteria. If not, I will discuss with them and pick only ONE organization and set up a dedicated project together, to make sure that the fund is really used for the targeted group of poor children in China. NOTE: This fund was started in 2023 when I was in US. There was a NGO in China that was qualified by Bright Fund. However, Bright Fund does not support any organizations in China mainland since 2024. and this has to be suspended. In 2025, there was new organizations added to support China. so we will have to choose a different organization than the initial one in China. Direction Digital is a project focused in digital inclusion primarily for girls in Brazil. It enables continuing development of new school teachers in educational digital technologies, community orientation and resources to families in remote areas to have access to education digitally, specially after COVID-19. After a recent Board meeting, I and the rest of the parents at Saint Augustine Public Montessori School realized the financial crisis that our school is facing. There is nothing left to cut from expenses, as our school has been operating with a very tight budget this year. We have been working with the St. Johns County school district to keep our Correction Action Plan (CAP) in place. We are out of time and we must find the cash flow needed to keep our doors open. As a parent of a child in this school, I see how dedicated both the staff and the attending families are to making the small public montessori school a destination for learning in our community I, and all the parents involved, love sending our kids to SAPMS and would be heartbroken to have to shut down. Education as a weapon to break through the cycle of poverty, creating opportunities for income, growth and sustainable development. Without quality education, the underprivileged are unable to unlock their full potential and end up begging on the streets. Corona virus has affected all the people worldwide but in Africa/Uganda it has almost taken away every hope of vulnerable and orphan kids going back to school. By supporting this cause “Khule Charity Foundation” will cover the annual school fees, books, meals and school uniforms for 200 orphans in Kampala, Uganda.

This project will train and support disadvantaged orphans aged ( 16-20 ) on life and career skills needed to survive in a changing world (COViD19 backdrop) with educational materials, resources and courses . A lot of orphans need career support and courses after graduating from school. They need to develop life and work skills, which will bloom their potential and will provide chances of finding better jobs. Khule Charity Foundation will provide full after school educational career support for 30 orphans and will help them show their potential

The India Literacy Education Fund is created to help unprivileged children get the right to education and find a better place in society. The national nonprofit primarily focuses on education for children from less privileged backgrounds. This fund will resolve the issues of child education, health & nutrition, child labor, and child marriage.

I am deeply moved by the state of women & children in many parts of the world and always find my self feeling blessed that I have always lived such a privileged life to be able to make a difference in any small way that I can. I am setting this fund up to support women around the world. Malala Fund is working for a world where every girl can learn and lead. This I can think will slowly but surely change the world we live in and create better environment for women to live and grow. Other causes such as "Asha for Education" does a lot of work to provide education for underprivileged children. These theater kids often go on to do some amazing things -- some in the arts and some outside of the arts. But, the passion that drives them to be great in these student productions and the friendships they foster in them will help them achieve their personal goals no matter what they do next.
